Emergency Plumbing
We handle plumbing leaks, backups and system failures, and our emergency hours run 24/7.
Plumbing emergencies rarely happen at a convenient time. A burst pipe, a sewage backup, a failed water heater or a sump pump that quits in a storm all need attention quickly, because the damage grows while the water keeps moving. Our emergency hours are 24/7. Call (513) 916-0123 and tell us what is happening. We handle leaks, backups and system failures for homes and businesses. While you wait, if water is running freely, shut off the main valve, which is usually near the water meter or where the line enters the house. Turn off the power to the water heater if it is leaking. When we arrive, we stop the damage first, then explain what failed and what the permanent repair involves. Regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and weekends are by appointment, but for an emergency, call anyway. For problems that are not urgent, you can use the contact form.

Common questions
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Water you cannot stop, a sewage backup, a burst pipe, a leaking or failed water heater, or a failed sump pump during heavy rain. If water is damaging the property, treat it as an emergency.
Do you take emergency calls on weekends and at night?
Yes. Our emergency hours are 24/7. Call (513) 916-0123 and we will talk through what is happening.
What should I do before the plumber arrives?
Shut off the main water valve if water is running, and turn off the power to a leaking water heater. Move belongings away from the water if you can do so safely.
